Try these first.
01Connect and test the printer
- Power on the printer, keep it near the iPhone, and close the official NIIMBOT app so it does not hold the Bluetooth connection.
- Open TCG Printer, allow Bluetooth access, tap Connect Printer, and select a D110 or D110_M.
- Choose the exact installed roll: 12 × 40 mm or 13 × 40 mm. The 13 × 40 mm roll is recommended and selected by default.
- Tap Test and confirm the orientation, density, media length, and physical feed.
Enable TCG Printer in Safari
- On iOS 18 or later, open Settings, Apps, Safari, then Extensions. On iOS 17, open Settings, Safari, then Extensions.
- Turn on TCG Printer and allow access to tcgplayer.com.
- On a TCGplayer product page, open Safari's page menu and tap TCG Printer. Use Manage Extensions if it is hidden.
- Refresh any tab that was open before the app was installed or updated.
Print from a product page
- Open a supported TCGplayer card or sealed-product URL with a numeric product ID.
- Tap the circular TCG Printer launcher over the bottom-right contact control.
- Choose PRINT QR CODE, or PRINT QR + MKT $ when the page exposes a supported condition and market price.
- Keep the printer on and nearby until the app confirms that printing is complete.
Export sanitized diagnostics
- In TCG Printer, open Printer Diagnostics and choose Export sanitized diagnostics.
- Include the app version, iOS version, printer model, label size, and the export when contacting support.
- Do not send raw peripheral IDs or customer data. The export omits complete QR URLs, raw packets, and raw peripheral identifiers.

No printer appears
Power on the D110 or D110_M, move it closer, close the official NIIMBOT app, tap Connect Printer or Refresh, and allow Bluetooth access. Only the 96-dot D110 and D110_M are supported; D101 and other 192-dot models are not supported.
The saved printer stays offline
Tap Change Printer and select it again. Confirm Bluetooth is on and make sure the printer is not connected to another phone or app.
The label clips or feeds the wrong length
Select the exact installed roll under Label media, then print a new test label. TCG Printer supports 12 × 40 mm and 13 × 40 mm media and cannot detect the installed roll automatically.
Safari launcher or print actions are missing
Enable the extension and allow it on tcgplayer.com, open a numeric product page, refresh older tabs, then tap the circular launcher over the bottom-right contact control.
QR + MKT $ is unavailable
Confirm the page displays a current Market Price. For cards, select one of the supported conditions: NM, LP, MP, HP, or DMG.
The printer reports paper, cover, busy, or timeout
Correct the physical condition and reconnect if needed. Before retrying, check whether a label already printed.
Keep private information out of your message. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, full exports, private notes, client details, or sensitive photos. Apple handles payment credentials, purchase records, and refunds.
